Is a Yacht Trip Practical During a Short Layover?
It may be possible if your layover is long enough, but you should calculate the full journey not just the cruise duration. Include immigration and airport formalities, transport to Dubai Marina, the 15-minute early reporting requirement, the cruise itself and your return journey to the airport.
Your ability to leave the airport also depends on your entry eligibility and travel documents. Check the relevant requirements before making plans.
