Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking any services Dubai Yacht Rental provides. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by accessing or using our website.

Reservation and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Dubai Yacht Rental management.
• To secure your reservation, a deposit or advance payment, as specified by Dubai Yacht Rental, is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled date and time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Please inform Dubai Yacht Rental of any cancellations via email.
• Cancellation fees may apply, as determined by the Dubai Yacht Rental team.
• Dubai Yacht Rental reserves the right to process refunds following a cancellation.
• Cancellations made over 96 hours before the scheduled trip will not incur a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 96 hours of the scheduled trip will result in Dubai Yacht Rental Company retaining 100% of the booking deposit.
• To cancel, please contact our customer service team via email.
• The cancellation time will be set according to the timestamp on the cancellation notice.

Policy for Client No-Show

Failure to Appear

• If the client does not arrive at the designated location for the scheduled trip, the booking will be marked as a “no-show.

No-Show Policy

• If clients do not show up for their scheduled trip, Dubai Yacht Rental Company will retain 100% of the booking deposit.

Trip Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule their booking if it is done more than 96 hours before the scheduled trip.
• Rescheduling is not allowed within 96 hours of the scheduled trip.
• Clients who need to reschedule should reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.

Dubai Yacht Rental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen weather conditions or other adverse circumstances. If this occurs, we will offer an alternative date for your trip or provide a full refund.

Guidelines and Duties

• The client agrees to use the yacht and its amenities responsibly, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• The client will be held accountable for any damage to the yacht or its equipment resulting from negligence or misconduct. Any associated repair costs will be billed to the client.
• Dubai Yacht Rental retains the right to cancel the charter without a refund if the client or any member of their party participates in illegal activities or behaves in a way that endangers the yacht, crew, or other passengers.

Responsibility and Coverage

• Dubai Yacht Rental provides extensive insurance coverage for its yachts, but it does not cover clients’ personal belongings. Clients are encouraged to obtain their insurance for their items.
• Dubai Yacht Rental accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from activities, accidents, or incidents that occur during the charter period.

Revisions and Updates

• Dubai Yacht Rental may change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date they are posted on the Dubai Yacht Rental website.
• Changes to existing bookings will be evaluated individually, depending on availability and approval from Dubai Yacht Rental.
