Booking & Payments

How do I make a reservation for a yacht?

You can book your preferred yacht directly through our website, via WhatsApp, or by calling our 24/7 reservation line. Once you select your yacht and date, our team will send a booking confirmation along with the location details.

The standard minimum booking for a private yacht charter is 2 hours. This ensures you have enough time to cruise out of the Marina and reach major landmarks like Atlantis The Palm.

The price includes the yacht rental, a licensed Captain and professional crew, fuel, insurance, and complimentary mineral water and ice. Additional services like catering or water sports are charged separately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash payments at our office or upon boarding (depending on the booking type).

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your selected yacht and time slot. The remaining balance can be settled on the day of the trip.

Our pricing is transparent. VAT (5%) is included in the quoted rates. There are no hidden “docking fees” or “fuel surcharges” for standard sightseeing routes.

Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 72 hours before the trip, subject to yacht availability. Within 72 hours, rescheduling may incur a fee or be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund or full credit. Cancellations within 72 hours or “no-shows” are non-refundable as the vessel and crew were reserved exclusively for you.

Safety & Legal Requirements

What documents must I bring to board the yacht?

As per UAE Law and Coast Guard regulations, every guest—including infants—must present a valid original Passport or Emirates ID. Digital copies or photos are not officially accepted.

Yes, our yachts are family-friendly and equipped with safety railings. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We provide specialized life jackets for infants and small children.

Life jackets are provided for all guests on board. While not mandatory to wear while inside the cabin or on the main deck during calm weather, they must be worn if instructed by the Captain or during rough sea conditions.

If the UAE Coast Guard issues a weather warning or deems it unsafe to sail, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip to the next available date.

Absolutely. Every yacht in our fleet is fully insured and registered with the Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA). Our Captains and crew are all professionally certified and highly experienced.

Capacity varies by vessel size. For example, our 48ft yacht holds 12 guests, while our 143ft yacht can accommodate up to 120 guests. We strictly adhere to the capacity limit listed on the yacht’s license.

There is no age limit for guests, but the person making the booking must be at least 21 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.

Guests must follow the Captain’s safety instructions at all times. Reckless behavior, jumping from the yacht while moving, or any illegal activity will result in the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

Onboard Experience & Facilities

Is there a dress code for yacht trips?

Smart-casual or beachwear is recommended. If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and a change of clothes. During winter months (November to March), a light jacket is advised for evening cruises.

To protect the delicate teak decking and maintain hygiene, all guests are required to remove their shoes before boarding. We provide a safe storage area for your footwear at the gangway.

Yes, all our luxury yachts feature fully air-conditioned indoor salons and cabins, allowing you to enjoy the cruise comfortably even during the peak of summer.

Yes, all our yachts are equipped with high-quality sound systems featuring Bluetooth and AUX connectivity. You can connect your smartphone and play your personalized playlist throughout the trip.

We provide clean towels for guests who plan to swim or use the onboard showers. Basic toiletries and fresh linens are also available in the cabins.

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas on the aft deck or flybridge. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabins and salon for safety and to keep the interiors fresh.

Most of our larger luxury yachts are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. However, signal strength can vary depending on how far the yacht is from the coastline.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board. This is to ensure the safety of the animals and to maintain the high standards of cleanliness for all our guests.

Food, Drinks & Catering

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We provide a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cutlery/crockery for your convenience.

Yes, we offer a range of catering packages, from light snacks and sandwiches to five-star international buffets or live BBQ prepared by an onboard chef.

Guests are permitted to bring their own alcoholic beverages for consumption on board. However, alcohol must be consumed responsibly and only within the vessel; it is not permitted on the docks or in public areas of the Marina.

Yes, every charter includes complimentary bottled mineral water and an ample supply of ice to keep your beverages chilled.

Most of our medium and large yachts are equipped with an electric or charcoal BBQ grill. If you wish to use the grill, please inform us in advance so the crew can assist with the setup.

If you opt for our catering services, we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or Halal requirements. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for customized menus.

For large events or premium catering packages, we can provide a professional chef and hospitality staff to serve your guests throughout the cruise.

Yes, we offer specialized “Couples Packages” that include a decorated private yacht, a romantic multi-course dinner, and a customized cruise route for ultimate privacy.

Sightseeing & Itineraries

Where is the departure and boarding location?

Most of our yachts are docked at the Dubai Marina Harbour or the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC). The exact gate and parking details will be sent to you upon booking.

A 2-hour cruise typically covers the stunning Dubai Marina skyline, JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence), Bluewaters Island (Ain Dubai), and a view of the iconic Atlantis The Palm.

Yes, the route is flexible within your booked timeframe. You can discuss your preferences with the Captain before departure, whether you want to focus on sightseeing or find a quiet spot to anchor.

To reach the Burj Al Arab and have enough time for photos, a minimum of a 3-hour charter is recommended. This allows the yacht to cruise past Atlantis and reach the Jumeirah coastline.

Swimming is permitted during daylight hours only. The Captain will anchor the yacht in a safe, designated swimming area (usually near JBR or the Lagoon). Swimming after sunset is strictly prohibited by law.

Yes, our sunset cruises are highly popular. We recommend booking your trip to start approximately 1.5 hours before the scheduled sunset for the best experience.

Yes, we operate 24/7. Night cruises offer a spectacular view of the illuminated Dubai Marina skyline and the Ain Dubai wheel, providing a different but equally beautiful atmosphere.

Due to maritime regulations and security, guests cannot disembark at other hotels or landmarks during the trip. The cruise must start and end at the designated home port.

Water Sports & Activities

What water sports can I add to my booking?

We offer a wide range of activities, including Jet Skiing, Banana Boat rides, Donut rides, Flyboarding, and Seabobs. These can be pre-booked as part of your package.

Per Dubai regulations, the driver of a Jet Ski must be at least 16 years old. Passengers can be younger, provided they are accompanied by an adult and can wear a life jacket safely.

Yes, we offer dedicated fishing charters. We provide professional fishing equipment, bait, and a Captain who knows the best spots for Kingfish, Barracuda, and Hammour.

Fishing is only permitted on yachts with a dedicated fishing license. Please specify “Fishing Trip” during booking to ensure we assign the correct vessel and equipment.

No license is required for guests. Our professional instructors will provide a safety briefing and basic training for all activities, including Jet Skis and Flyboards.

We provide life jackets and basic snorkeling masks. However, for hygiene reasons, we recommend that guests bring their own snorkeling mouthpieces or full-face masks if preferred.

Usually, 3 to 4 people can enjoy the ride at once, depending on the specific equipment. It is a great group activity that is towed behind the yacht or a support boat.

While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, we highly recommend booking water sports in advance to ensure the equipment and support boats are available and ready for your arrival.
